Community Outreach

While we typically charge for shows, we are happy to also provide service for our community. This is especially true if given the opportunity to teach some basic dance styling or recreational dances. If you are putting on a community event in Utah with limited funds, feel free to contact us and we'll see what we can do.

BYU Hunger Banquet

February 2022

Each year the Students for International Development club at Brigham Young University put on a dinner and show to raise awareness of international development issues, as well as promote several programs and non-profits working towards solutions to these issues. We were happy to provide some of the entertainment for the evening.

Early Light Academy Cultural Day

November 2021

We had the opportunity to attend an cultural event, celebrating Turkey, for students of Early Light Academy and their parents. As part of this event we performed several Turkish dances, and taught everybody in attendance a few recreational Turkish dances.

Westmore Elementary Culture Night

April 2019

Fun fact: World Dance Company's inaugural performance was pro bono. We performed Tinikling and Gumboots for the students, and parents, of Westmore Elementary.
